I was referred to Charing and as not being my usual surgery the first thing that struck me was the feeling of any negativity got left outside the door! Such a breath of fresh air, surgeries like this I thought had gone many years ago! Dr knottenbelt and his nurse Paula were both brilliant and friendly. If I could transfer to this surgery I would without hesitation. Wonderful place and people. Thank you

Following my consultation with Dr Knottenbelt, I felt that he had listened carefully to me and explained my options in great detail and ensured that I understood. After a thorough check of my knee and hip joints, I was referred for X-Rays to confirm diagnosis. A follow up appointment was unfortunately delayed slightly due to the extreme busyness of the surgery, but again Dr Knottenbelt explained the next steps, listened to my questions and answered with patience. My next appointment for MSK treatment was made promptly for 3 days later.
